Non-Refundable Fee Acknowledgement for Returning Clients *

I understand that effective August 1, returning clients will be charged a $75 non-refundable planning fee. This fee will be applied toward the cost of my trip. If I cancel my trip, I understand that Utopia Travel by Design will retain the $75 planning fee. I also understand that all online payments are subject to a 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee.
